Customer service

Customer service automation for UAE companies

Every customer message answered fast, in English or Arabic.

Your customers expect a reply on WhatsApp, often late in the evening and in their own language. Our AI answers the routine questions from answers you have approved, and passes everything else to your team with the full conversation attached.

The problem

The work that eats your team's week

This is the week of whoever holds the company phone: the receptionist, the customer service team, or the owner once everyone else has gone home. The same questions about opening hours, prices, delivery and bookings arrive again and again, while real problems wait in the queue behind them.

  1. 01

The same five questions, all day, on WhatsApp.

  2. 02

Messages after 6 pm wait until the morning.

  3. 03

Complaints get lost in a shared inbox.

With the routine replies automated, a customer who writes at 11 pm hears back straight away instead of the next morning. Your team starts the day with a sorted queue: urgent cases at the top, each one labelled and carrying a draft reply. They spend their time on the conversations that need a person.

Green runs on its own. Gold waits for your approval. Amber stays with a person.

  • Your team decides
  1. Monday

The weekend backlog is already handled

Messages that arrived over the weekend have been answered wherever the answer was routine. The few that need a decision are waiting in one list, sorted by urgency.

    Automatic
  2. Tuesday

“Where is my order?” answers itself

A customer asks about a delivery on WhatsApp. The AI checks your system, replies with the latest status, and sets a reminder to follow up if the job runs late.

    Automatic
  3. Wednesday

An unhappy customer reaches a manager fast

A message mentions a damaged item and asks for a refund. The AI does not try to settle it. It flags the case to your manager with the history and a suggested reply, and the manager decides.

    Your team decides
  4. Thursday

    Feedback after every completed job

Customers whose orders or appointments finished this week get a short request for a review. Unhappy answers go straight to a manager, and draft replies to public reviews wait for your approval.

FAQ

Questions about this department

What happens when a customer asks something the AI cannot answer?

It tells the customer a colleague will reply, and hands the conversation to the right person on your team with the full history. Your team picks it up without asking the customer to repeat anything.

Who writes the answers the AI uses?

You do, with our help. At setup we collect your common questions and agree the answers with you in English and Arabic. The AI uses only those answers and your live data, and you can change them at any time.

Does it work with our current WhatsApp number?

We work with WhatsApp Business. On the discovery call we look at your current number and setup, and explain what, if anything, needs to change before go-live.

What about Ramadan and Eid hours?

Your answers follow your seasonal hours. Before Ramadan and each Eid we update the answer library with you: changed opening times, delivery cut-offs and holiday closures. Customers get the right information in the busiest weeks of the year.

Put your company's daily work on autopilot.

Book a discovery call. We'll map where your team loses time and show you what we'd automate first.
