Management & reporting

Management reporting and briefings for UAE companies

A morning briefing, and every action item followed up.

Running a company means knowing where things stand without calling round for updates. Our AI gathers the figures, follows up the action items and briefs you every morning, so your time goes on decisions.

The problem

The work that eats your team's week

This is the week of the owner, the general manager or the partners who run the business. Information sits in the accounting tool, the CRM, the shared inbox and people's heads. Meetings end with good intentions, and by Thursday nobody is quite sure who agreed to do what.

  1. 01

You hear about problems too late.

  2. 02

    Action items from meetings disappear.

  3. 03

Getting one simple number means asking three people.

With the routine work automated, a short briefing lands before your first coffee: what sold yesterday, what money came in and went out, what is overdue and which decisions are yours to make. Action items have owners and dates, and the AI follows them up. When you have a question, you ask it in your client portal and get an answer from your own data.

Before a call with the bank you type into Ask AI: “How much do customers owe us, and how much of it is overdue?” The answer comes from your own records, with the invoices behind it.

    FAQ

    Questions about this department

What goes into the morning briefing?

That is your choice. A common starting point is sales, cash in and out, overdue invoices and the approvals waiting for you, and you can add or remove items at any time. It arrives at the hour you pick, by email or WhatsApp.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the tools you already use, such as your accounting software, CRM, online store and spreadsheets. Reporting only reads from them, so building a report never changes your records.

Can I ask questions in Arabic?

Ask AI in your client portal answers in English or Arabic, from your own data. If a figure is missing or unclear, it says so rather than guessing.

    Who sees the meeting summaries?

Everyone who attended, unless you prefer to check each summary first. You can switch on approval for internal summaries, and a summary going outside your company always waits for you.
