Terms of Service

This is a working draft describing our current practices in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and should be treated as provisional until finalized ahead of launch.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the reports you upload and for keeping your login credentials secure. Each subscription covers one seller account with the roles and users you assign to it.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly. AI token balances reset each month and don't roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation stops renewal, and you keep access through the period already paid for.

Acceptable use

The product is for managing your own commerce operations. Don't use it to upload data you don't have the right to process, or to attempt to access another seller's account or data.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

Liability

The product provides forecasts, flags, and AI-generated answers to help your decisions — it doesn't replace your own judgment, and we're not liable for business decisions made on that basis.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
