Your account details (name, email, company), the marketplace reports you upload (orders, returns, transfers, ad spend), and usage data needed to run the product (login sessions, AI token consumption).

How we use it

Solely to run your dashboard, reports, forecasts, and AI Chat. Your data is never sold, and never pooled or benchmarked against other accounts.

Third parties

Limited to infrastructure providers that keep the product running (hosting, database, AI inference, payments) — each bound to only process data on our instructions, never their own.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and understand aggregate site usage. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention

How much history you keep is governed by your plan's storage allowance, not a fixed time cutoff. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time.
